Coating/Painting
Induction heating machines in the coating and painting industry provide fast, energy-efficient, and precise, non-contact heating for curing, drying, and removing coatings on conductive materials. They excel at rapidly heating substrates to cure paint, powder coatings, or adhesives, while also removing thick, high-build coatings (up to 90% faster than traditional methods) by breaking interfacial bonds.
- Pre-heating: Used for pre-heating components before applying coatings (thermal spraying) or before extruding polymer coatings to improve adhesion.
- Drying: Rapid drying of coatings on high-speed continuous lines or after cleaning/rinse processes.
- Adhesive Curing: Specifically used for fast curing of adhesives in specialized applications, such as bottle caps, roller assemblies, and filter end caps.
